The following terms and conditions (“these T&C’s”) shall govern the MGM FAN ZONE adopted by MGM Grand Paradise S.A. (“MGM”):
MEMBERSHIP
Enrollment for MGM FAN ZONE. MGM FAN ZONE is available to anyone at least 18 years of age. To apply for membership, you must provide your contact information.
DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS
MGM may extend discounts or other special offers as part of the membership benefits offered to you, from time to time and at its entire discretion. MGM shall determine the terms and conditions applicable to such discounts or special offers on a case-by-case basis. Blackout dates may apply. Unless otherwise stated, you may not use or enjoy a discount or special offer in conjunction or cumulatively with another discount or special offer.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Personal Data. MGM will maintain records of transactions carried out by you for the purposes of administering and managing your account (including the processing of the award and the processing of discounts or other special offers enjoyed by you), for so long as your account remains valid.
Rights Reserved. MGM reserves the right to change or revise these T&C’s, other rules or policies governing or concerning your MGM FAN ZONE or any benefits offered in connection therewith at any time, without prior notice or compensation.
Interpretation. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese and the English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
MGM FAN ZONE Privacy
Privacy: We value your patronage and respect your privacy. By signing below, you authorize MGM Grand Paradise S.A. (MGM) to retain, treat and use the personal information provided by you in this form, or deriving in the future from transactions registered under your account, for the purpose of processing and managing your MGM FAN ZONE. If required for the purpose of optimizing the loyalty program’s management or maximizing the benefits given to you, you also authorize us to: (a) share it with our parent company (MGM Resorts International) or its affiliates; and (b) store this information in servers located outside the jurisdiction of Macau SAR, in each case in all confidentiality and under appropriate security measures recommended by the relevant industry standards. You also authorize MGM to collect and retain your contact information, and use it for identity verification purposes while managing transactions registered in your MGM FAN ZONE. You have the right to, at any time, access, rectify or cancel the personal information provided by you in this form, in the manner more fully explained in our privacy policy, which is posted on our website (www.mgm.mo).
Marketing: You also authorize us to use your contact information for marketing purposes, such as notifying you of special promotions, offers and events (and, for this purpose, process your contact information through our business partners, such as our marketing agencies, whether located in or outside of Macau SAR).
